Terms of Service

1. About Cradle

Cradle is an independent pre-registry guide for expecting and new parents, operated by Alcantara-Rebeca LLC ("Cradle", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms and are contracting with Alcantara-Rebeca LLC. We consolidate product recommendations and review insights to help you decide what to add to your baby registry before you build it at your chosen retailer. Cradle is not a retailer and is not affiliated with, or sponsored by, any retailer or brand named on the site.

2. Prototype status

This version of Cradle is a working preview. Product scores, review counts, ratings, quotes, and freshness windows are sample editorial content created to demonstrate the experience — they are not verified data from real review sources. We will update these terms and remove this notice as the service matures.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Cradle+ is available as a Monthly subscription ($9/month) or an Annual subscription ($59 per 12 months). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page; cancellation stops future renewals while keeping access through the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you register and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account or change your email preferences at any time from Settings. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Use of the service

Cradle is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others' intellectual property, or interfering with the service's security (for example malware, probing, or scraping). You may not scrape, resell, or republish our picks, summaries, or persona content without written permission. Links to retailers are provided for convenience; we do not control retailer sites, their pricing, availability, or their registries, and purchases you make on retailer sites are governed by those retailers' own terms.

Alcantara-Rebeca LLC retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, content, documentation, and branding. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

6. No professional advice

Cradle offers product guidance, not medical, safety, legal, or financial advice. Always follow manufacturer instructions and official safety guidance (for example, from your pediatrician or consumer product safety authorities) when choosing and using products for your child.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cradle provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Cradle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from purchases made with third-party retailers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
